• Eco-Friendly Architecture: Our accommodations, including the Mud House and Wood Cottages, are designed using locally sourced, renewable materials and constructed to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape, minimizing disruption to the soil and forest canopy.
• Green Spaces: We actively maintain and expand the resort’s natural gardens, encouraging the presence of native plants, birds, and insects. We are dedicated to the preservation of the surrounding tea and pineapple gardens.
• Zero Harm to Wildlife: We operate a strict policy against disturbing local fauna. Guides are trained to ensure guests observe wildlife responsibly and from a distance.

2. Resource Management

• Water Conservation: We utilize low-flow fixtures and a sophisticated rainwater harvesting system to reduce our reliance on groundwater. Linens and towels are changed upon request rather than daily to save water and energy.
• Energy Efficiency: The resort uses LED lighting exclusively throughout all facilities. Where possible, we rely on natural light and ventilation to reduce the need for air conditioning and artificial lighting.
• Renewable Energy Goals: We are continuously exploring and investing in renewable energy sources, such as solar power, to transition towards a lower-carbon operational model.

• Plastic Elimination: We are actively moving towards being a plastic-free resort. We provide filtered water in reusable glass bottles and avoid single-use plastics in our dining and amenity services.
• Waste Segregation: We enforce a rigorous waste management system with segregation bins for organic, recyclable, and general waste.
• Composting: All organic waste from the kitchen and grounds is composted and used to fertilize our own gardens and landscaping, closing the natural cycle.
