1. Reservation Process

1.1 Booking Channels

Reservations can be made through our official website, directly via phone (+880-1709-882000 or +880-1709-882001), email (info@novemecoresort.com), or authorized travel partners.

1.2 Guest Responsibility

Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including names, contact details, and dates of stay. The individual making the booking must be 18 years of age or older and assume responsibility for the accuracy of the entire reservation.

1.3 Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed and the Resort has issued a written confirmation (e.g., a confirmation email or booking voucher). Availability indicated during the initial search is not a guarantee until payment is processed.

 

2. Payment Terms and Requirements

2.1 Required Payment To secure a booking, guests are typically required to pay a portion of the total cost as a deposit, or the full amount, depending on the booking window and package:
  • Standard Deposit: A minimum of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation.
  • Full Prepayment: Reservations made within [e.g., 7 days] of the arrival date, as well as specific promotional offers, may require 100% prepayment.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon check-in at the Resort.
2.2 Currency All pricing and payments for bookings are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For international transactions, the final charge in your local currency will be determined by your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of transaction.

3. Accepted Payment Methods 💳

Novem Eco Resort offers a secure and diverse range of payment options, aligned with the regulations set by Bangladesh Bank and the Government of Bangladesh.

3.1 Mobile Financial Services (MFS)

We accept payments through Bangladesh’s leading MFS platforms:

  • bKash
  • Nagad

3.2 Bank Transfers and Direct Deposits

Payments can be made via direct transfer or deposit to our designated bank account from all Bangladeshi scheduled commercial banks. Details for bank transfers will be provided upon request during the booking process.

3.3 Debit and Credit Cards

We accept a wide range of national and international cards processed through our secure payment gateway:

  • Bangladeshi Cards: All major Debit and Credit Cards issued by Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).
  • International Cards: We accept all international bank Debit and Credit Cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) that are legally allowed and processed through an acquiring bank authorized in Bangladesh, in compliance with the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) of 1947 and subsequent amendments.

4. Payment Security and Compliance

4.1 Security

We utilize SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure the security of your credit card details and personal information during the transaction process. Your payment data is never stored on the Resort’s servers.

4.2 Legal Alignment

This policy operates under and is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, including but not limited to the Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, and financial regulations issued by Bangladesh Bank.

4.3 Policy Changes

Novem Eco Resort reserves the right to update or change this Booking & Payment Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your reservation will govern your booking.
